Retention Marketing Specialist - Personal Care/FMCG (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retention Marketing specialist to join our team in Delhi (Okhla). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer retention strategies, email marketing campaigns, and customer service within the personal care or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
