Retention Marketing Specialist - FMCG/Personal Care (2-4 yrs)
The Retention Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at improving customer retention and enhancing customer loyalty. This role involves analyzing customer behavior, implementing retention campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Retention Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving retention rates.
Email Campaign Management :
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining customers.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future campaigns based on insights.
Customer Service Enhancement :
- Collaborate with the customer service team to identify common customer pain points and address them effectively.
- Ensure that customer feedback is collected and acted upon to improve service delivery.
Customer Engagement :
- Create engaging content and promotional offers that resonate with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop loyalty programs and incentives to reward returning customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align retention efforts with overall business goals.
- Share insights with relevant teams to help shape product offerings and improve customer experience.
Performance Tracking :
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and engagement.
- Provide regular updates to management on retention initiatives and their impact on business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in retention marketing, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG or personal care industry.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
Analytical Skills :
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Communication Skills :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for customers.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
