1. Working closely with Director of Digital Marketing, SVP of Sales & Marketing, and SVP of Digital Strategy to create and develop Custom
2.Managing multiple projects and challenges on different timelines by being highly organized through detailed notes, adept software skills, metrics and reporting
3.Assessing situations, gathering all relevant information, and swiftly finding solutions
4.Proactive outreach through high-level verbal and written communication
5.Responsible for end-to-end process of all clients-facing retention activity
6.Developing and delivering of reports, analysis, and insight to management
7.Ensuring that data, insight, and results are communicated to key stakeholders and the wider business audience providing advice on learnings and how to improve going forward.
8. Identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue from existing customers at key stages of their relationship with us.
9. Develop, test, learn and plan for optimizing targeting, creative, and CRM messages.
10. Familiarity with the residential Internet Marketing industry, hands-on experience working with Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, Reputation Management and so on)
11. Experience driving towards KPIs around retaining and growing client accounts
12. A consistent track-record of winning, you ve saved clients, and you take great satisfaction in your wins.
13. Creating a plan to retain existing customers by identifying their needs and concerns, then communicating with them regularly about relevant company news and events
14. Monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and conducting research on current market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
15. Analyzing data to determine which strategies are most effective in retaining clients over time
16. Monitoring competitors' activities and industry trends to identify potential threats to the business
17. Working with sales staff to identify potential customers that could be turned into long-term clients
18. Coordinating with other departments, including marketing, human resources, and finance to ensure that customer needs are met.
19. Meeting regularly with customers to discuss their concerns and improve their overall satisfaction with the company's products or services.
20. Maintaining relationships with existing customers by following up on leads generated by sales staff or other employees
