Job Description :
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the Sellers.
- Coordinate with various teams so that the customer's expectations are met.
- Continue their assessment of a Seller's needs and business objectives.
- Help develop initiatives to increase Seller's satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process - proactively contacting Sellers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete, and maintaining customer contact regularly throughout the year.
- Manage a Seller's projects from beginning to end.
- Take a Sellers's requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
- Maintain high Seller's retention rates through the development of strong relationships with customers.
- Leverage the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales
- Follow up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in Retention role especially from E-commerce
- Should be well versed with Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
- Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer's business needs.
- Be well-groomed and presentable.
- Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues.
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good PC and software skills.
- Basic accounting and/or technical knowledge.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
