We work in a form of EPC agreement with our clients providing them with the best and customized solution helping them efficiently channelize their water requirement. Incorporated in September 2017, RETAS has successfully established itself as pioneers of freshwater management in India.

Job Title - Business Development Executive Delhi NCR

Industry - Construction and Engineering, Plumbing & Pipes, Drainage, MEP

Experience - 0 to 2 years

Responsibilities :

- Explore and create new business opportunities, leads and referrals

- Promote business intelligence, market survey for all projects and search for new clients

- Directly interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities

- Prepare presentation and necessary documents before visiting the clients.

- Liaison with architects/consultants and get the company listed in the nominated list

- Follow up inquiries, demands and competition as well as to get the job awarded

- Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms

- Follow up for receivables and ensure collections on time

- Prepare Daily Sales Report, report to the management with completed reports of all site visits done, under follow up

Qualification & Other requirements :

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- Should have experience in the building material/construction industry

- Willing to travel 70% of the week

- Should demonstrate proficiency in building a sustainable sales network

- Good with presentation

Key Skills :

- Good communication & relationship building skill

- Should have a problem-solving approach

- Should exhibit good decision-making ability with negotiation skills

- Awareness of material and machine commercials

- Ability to work in a team and perform under pressure meeting strict deadlines

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and government policies
