About the Company : Home Appliance Product

- Must be Experience 4 to 6 years in Home Appliance Store Management (Preferably from - A ( Home Appliance Industry)

Location : Surat

Salary : 30K TO 55K+

Key Responsibilities :

Store Operations : Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor.

Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Sales and Revenue Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed.

Staff Management : Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.

Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and restocking to ensure adequate product availability. Minimize stock shrinkage and losses.

Visual Merchandising : Create attractive product displays and layouts to maximize sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance to upper management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in retail store management, specifically in the home appliance industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

- Knowledge of home appliance products and industry trends.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
