Retail Sales Role - Equity (1-3 yrs)

Qualification : Graduate

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience : Minimum 1 year to maximum 3 years in Sales (Inside Sales)

Working Days : 5 Days working (4th & 5th Saturday off, subject to company policy)

Shift Timing : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

CTC : Up to 5.5 LPA + Incentives

Requirements :

Education : Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience : At least 1-3 years working within a sales environment, preferably in a proactive telemarketing role in the BFSI/Finance sector.

Languages : Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language

Skills :

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Excellent telephone skills

- High degree of accuracy

- Willing and able to work extra hours occasionally to complete tasks

- Willing and able to attend company meetings outside of normal working hours (approx. one per month)

- Additional : Knowledge of the equities market is an added advantage

- Availability : ASAP (Batch Dates Given)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan daily work with an emphasis on contacting leads based on sales funnel and size

- Identify sales products that match the client's investing goals

- Interact with potential customers, focusing on high-quality lead conversions

- Proactively follow up on leads assigned by the Sales Head and report progress with a mitigation plan to achieve results.

- Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives

- Contribute to team performance by sharing and implementing best practices

- Encourage and reward knowledge sharing across teams
