The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling high-value jewelry or large ticket-size products and will excel in managing front-end customer interactions and building lasting relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury products, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to provide a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients, ensuring a memorable and exceptional shopping experience.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of our jewelry collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and design, to effectively educate and advise clients.

Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client management, product recommendations, and closing techniques.

Qualifications :

Experience : Proven experience in selling high-value jewelry or large ticket-size products, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry, including gemstones, metal types, and current market trends.

Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
