Retail Growth Manager - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
As a part of the core team, you will be responsible for the company's growth and be instrumental in making decisions. You will have the opportunity for driving the success of the business and will work alongside a young and mission-driven team. You will work alongside and report directly to the Founder. The company is a subscription-based FMCG firm.
Your responsibilities:
1. Handling of Modern trade + general trade accounts(Modern Trade a/c viz. Nature's Basket, Haiko, Dmart, etc)
2. Identifying and opening of new accounts and new location in existing accounts, setting up new channel partners to expand sales reach.
3. Sales forecasting and budgeting and ensuring execution of the same at the ground level and ensure 100% fill rates to the channel partners
4. Tracking of purchase returns from all accounts and maintaining the percentage of returns under prescribed value.
5. Commercial - Ensuring timely remittance from the channel partners, Account reconciliation and managing receivables
6. Liaison with marketing team to run campaign and execute them in respective territories and conduct sampling activities.
7. NPI launch in existing locations in line with the product plan
8. Managing the overall P&L and ensure profitability from the channel
Experience Required :
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar field.
- Must have prior experience of a food FMCG organization.
