JOB DESCRIPTION
- SUPPORT in formulation of the Sales Performance strategy and plan for better promoter productivity.
- Track and report sales performance of promoters daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure every promoter's ROI is achieved and No.1 counter share maintained.
MARKETING STRATEGY:
Understand the market needs by interacting with promoters for better visibility and counter share feedback from sales team, analyse market research agency's report, interact for sales related data.
REPORTING
Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product, sales forecasts and special reports & analyses.
KEY ELEMENTS
- Excellent communication, man management skill, presentation and interpersonal skills req.
- Should be well conversant with MS Office
- Should have good understanding / exposure to Channel sales, Market trends,
- Sales Planning, Financial Planning, sales force outreach programs
- Incentive management
- Exposure handling huge sales force is mandatory.
