Restory - Manager - Corporate Sales (3-8 yrs)

Knowledge And Skill Requirements :


1. Knowledge of the geography of Hyderabad/Secunderabad City

2. Experience selling to Corporates and demonstrated relations with the Hyderabad Corporate segment (ideally with companies with more than 50 employees).

3. He/She should have a database of such companies with details of key persons to contact

4. Ability to articulate USPs of product with coaching and counselling experience

5. Ability to make inroads into new corporate accounts and territories

6. He/She would ideally be a person who has worked in the BFSI/Telecom segments and has been responsible for selling Insurance/Salary Accounts/Current Accounts/CUG

Key Responsibilities :


1. Understanding the product in detail and pitch it to the decision maker in the Corporates

2. Follow up with the decision makers (keep track of communication with clients)

3. Conduct sales meetings with individual clients for sales closure

4. To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships

5. Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting

6. Build a Corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure

7. Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume.

8. Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals.

9. Prepare periodic sales report.

10. Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue

11. Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.

12. Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings

13. Need to have excellent negotiation skills and be able to find common ground between the client's needs and the company's goals.
