Job Summary
We are looking to hire someone who would love to engage with our restaurant clients and guide them in launching online ventures successfully with Restolabs.
Responsibilities would include
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point for customers inquiries generated on the platform.
- Ensure Client Retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast client onboarding.
- Manage, Communicate & Lead
Desired Candidate Profile
- Has a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.
- IT knowledge is preferable.
- Customer Sensibility.
