Resilience - Associate - Business Development - Design Studio (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Associate to join our design studio. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in a team environment and understands the nuances of the design industry.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our studio's reach by managing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth through strategic networking and research.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal process by identifying client needs, developing compelling win themes, and crafting comprehensive proposals.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow the studio's client base and industry presence.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication with new and existing partners.
- Support administrative functions, including maintaining and organizing the client database to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
