Residential Sales Role - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
For a 10 year old start-up; a real estate platform based in Mumbai with pan India presence.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Meeting/calling the customers on regular basis for achieving targets
2) Work on building multiple channels to enable sales for the projects
3) Manage sales process for multiple projects
4) Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory and build good working relationship with the channel partners
5) Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
6) Demonstrate the ability to develop new & improve existing systems & processes that enable the sales & after-sales process
7) Regularly monitoring key metrics and forecast sales
8) Evaluate partner sales performance
9) Demonstrate the ability to liaise & work with internal stakeholders/departments
10 Responsible for preparing weekly/monthly MIS reports
