Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions ensure a smooth sales process.
- An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Meets or exceeds sales and marketing financial objectives/quota
- Accomplishes the agreed level of sales and marketing activities to raise revenue and customer demand streams
- Identifies and capitalizes constantly on new market opportunity / new customer generating chance to meet company targets
- Engage with customers and potential new leads on daily basis.
- Support marketing campaign with post-event sales engagement activities
- Report Weekly & Monthly on Sales activities, Forecasting and Competitor activities in the assigned region.
- Need to maintain Siebel Customer database
- Prepare Quotation, Review weekly back order report sales analysis report and maintain & Update Customer database
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.
- Self-Starter and has a innovative approach to business development.
