Position Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Research connect, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires a proactive and ambitious individual who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed company objectives.

- Proactively handle client queries, providing exceptional customer service and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

- Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and demonstrations through phone or virtual platforms like Zoom.

- Actively participate in client meetings, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

- Search for new clients through effective prospecting, networking, and lead generation strategies.

- Create and submit comprehensive quotes using Excel, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales and marketing strategies.

- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
