Required Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.
Responsibilities include :
- Manager - Agency will be responsible for handling a team of advisors
- The team of Sales Managers will be responsible for the Recruitment of a Team of Advisors from their own social and professional networks.
- Training the team on Industry standards with the support of the training department of the Company to make sure the team is fully equipped.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, and planning the execution of the Agency team.
Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduate
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in Field sales
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + variables
- FastTrack promotion + Incentives+ manager role.
