Repute Networks - Category Manager (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard brands to join the platform and set them up for success.
- Manage Customer NPS by delivering high quality products and experience.
- Define success metrics and track regular progress for exponential growth.
- Own the categories assigned and lay down strategic milestones for growth.
- Figuring out the merchant pain points and working with the product team to improve the platform.
- Work closely with Product Managers on improving customer flows to improve selection for consumers.
- Maintain terms with Key External Stakeholders, Brands & Sellers.
- Owning short term and long term strategy for seller retention and growth.
- Act like category owners and leaders of their own business
Desired Skills:
- 1-4 years of work experience in category management, key account management, business development, sales planning
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. Identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.
- Develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves and deep dive
- Ideally worked in startups, marketplaces, D2C companies handling key accounts and category management
