RepUp - Key Account Manager - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
- Be the trusted advisor and advocate for 100-200 customers
- Engage customers actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in Repup while identifying new usage opportunities
- Collaborate with other Repup teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal
- Increase the retention rate of your customers
- Determine customer goals and collaborate on customized inbound strategic plans while driving customer accountability.
- Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans
- Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.

Exp and background:
- 1-3 years of work exp, preferably in a customer facing role
- Willingness to work with a startup
- Flexible with assigned work responsibilities
- A cad score above 70%
- Must be good with MS office
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Female candidates are preferred.
- MBAs are preferred
Salary Offerred: 3 to 5 lpa.
