RepUp - Key Account Manager (1-3 yrs)
Key Account Manager Role includes -
- Act as sole point of contact between RepUp and client
- Maintain a good communication with the client
- Build loyalty and ensure that they feel valued as clients.
- Strong understanding of client requirements,
- Listen to them frequently
- Quick response to any problems
- Help in product development by being a contact between client and product team
- Efficient business processes for dealing with all aspects of the account (e.g. revenue collection, contract management, operational specifications for collections and delivery and contact points
- Be aware of any possible difficulties and deal with them before they develop
- Maintain existing contracts and build new revenue and sales opportunities

Delhi University- 1- 3 years
B. Tech- 1-3 years
B.Tech + MBA (regular) - 0-2 years
