Repro - Key Account Manager (6-12 yrs)
Summary
The position will be responsible for managing of key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with existing Customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them. This role would report to the North Zonal Head and be based in Delhi. An experience of 7+ Years in Account Management and Sales in the Ecommerce, Publishing and Print Industry.
Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management, Achieving Targets linked to Key Accounts.
2. Content Acquisition from the Key accounts
3. Client Engagement and client satisfaction.
4. Upsell and Cross sell with the existing Key Accounts.
5. New Publisher, EdTech or Influencer Signups.
6. Responsible to conduct, operate and increase the business from key accounts with sales plan to achieve budgeted numbers.
7. Participate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key properties.
Qualifications and Skills required
1. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce/D2C.
2. Should understand contribution margins, unit economics.
3. An MBA Graduate with good academic record
4. Experienced in Books/FMCG / Consumer Goods
