Product Analyst

Who are we looking for?

The Product Analyst Team at Repos would be responsible for executing different tasks in the product lifecycle by collaborating closely with the stakeholders to identify and design solutions to improve user growth and customer experience. Identifying the root cause analysis of problems and suggesting improvements in product based on insights. Collaborate with teams to translate vision into solutions which will drive business results.

What will you be doing?

1. Create flexible payment solutions for multiple customer segments

2. Develop products with financial institutions to extend credit to customers

3. Manage cross-functional product teams to develop credit products

4. Research and connect to external ecosystem service providers necessary for building lending products

5. Connect and maintain relationships with financial institutions necessary to power the product

6. Ideation of new products, their launch, execution, and revision

7. Creating Product Roadmaps aligning with vision of PM

8. Seek out services and companies that can partner in product development and customer experience creation

9. Assisting with requirement gathering from Business Teams/PMs/Process Owners

What will you need?

1. Skilled at problem exploration, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, product launch, data collection, analyzing and refining. You'll be expected to make trade-offs where necessary to optimize time-to-market while clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and distributed teams

2. Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments

3. Great cross-functional collaboration skills and strong project management skills to meet product management deliverables

4. Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of the product requirements, user research, PRDs, Wireframing, user stories, product specs, etc.

5. Ability to effectively conduct requirement gathering sessions and concisely documenting outcomes

6. Exceptionally astute at identifying user's pain points and needs, connecting the dots, and coming up with strategic solutions

7. Highly creative individual with a strong desire to innovate
