What will you be doing ?
- You will analyze the assigned territories and market potential. Duh!
- Provide appropriate solutions to the partners as per the need by taking proper consultation from the seniors
- Present, promote, and introduce new innovations in the energy sector.
- To penetrate, generate and nurture potential leads .
- Track sales and status reports on daily basis
- Make good rapport with existing and future partners, keeping them updated with latest developments of the market
- Uphold great relations with Oil marketing companies and OEMs
- Customer acquisition to boost topline and drive revenue growth
- Ensure 100% volume optimization of Repos Mobile Petrol Pumps
- Identify emerging markets and shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Being able to deliver sales presentations to a range of people
- Regularly visiting partners to evaluate needs of them
- Assisting partners in all of their problems by communicating market place activities.
What will you need?
- Must have effective communications and problem-solving skills
- Must be good at convincing and negotiations
- Hands on knowledge of advanced MS office
- Must have telecommunication skills
- Ability to tailor presentations and presentation skills
- Should be an active listener
- Should be empathetic
