Digital Marketing - Associate Lead

Location - Pune

Mission Responsibilities :

- Communicate the brand campaigns on digital platforms

- Coordinate with various Repos Stakeholders and Reposians

- Communicating with people on the digital platforms.

- Pro-active in creating posts of things happening around and communicating with the social world

- Analysis of social media trends and suggesting a strategy

- Integrate all channels of marketing (Social media, SEO, Content marketing, email, PR and digital marketing)

- Media Planning, Budgeting & Strategising.

- There is magic in words. Should know how to convey emotions through the digital screen.

- Work directly with our founders

Pre Requisites to be part of the Brand family :

- Fluent Communication (Obviously)

- Go getter ("Jugadu" in informal Hindi)

- Solution oriented (We don't like discussing problems)

- Original creative thinking (Because original creativity creates magic)

- Natural inclination towards sales (the end goal of a brand is people should buy what you say)

- Understanding that social media is not a side job, it's an art to connect with people online and make them believe what you believe in.( Social connections is an ART)
