Replicon - Territory Sales Manager (5-20 yrs)

- We are currently looking for high-energy, self-motivated individuals to join our successful Sales team as Sales Consultant in our Bangalore office. This opportunity lets you employ your skills as a product sales expert and turn this expertise into new business for Replicon. With our clients being worldwide most of your communication will be through telephone and computer technology. We want our sales representatives to use their exceptional sales ability combined with our innovative way of selling software to build on a long-term career opportunity within Replicon. We are looking for driven individuals who exude confidence, with a proven sale track record and have worked in a similar role previously handling end to end Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage all your opportunities while managing a sales pipeline to achieve targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identifying new sales opportunities, pitching products/services to clients and effectively work with them to bring in additional revenue.
- Ability to research and become an expert on Replicon's products and the competitive landscape.
- Navigate complex sales cycle involving c-level executives with multiple locations, enterprise companies
- Manage and educate sales pipeline of $100K+ ACV accounts
- Be responsible for new customer acquisition and driving new revenue for a specific territory while maintaining the highest leves of customer satisfaction
- You will build direct relationships with key stakeholders and multi thread in organizations across various verticals and will work closely with and leverage all of Replicon's executive team to maximize the revenue opportunities

- You will coordinate the introduction of resources across all departments to support desired outcomes of the deal, including sales engineering, implementation, customer success and executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of large sales experience and a track record of personal selling and closing complex technical solutions to large/enterprise and software companies
- You are familiar with using Salesforce, Linkedin Navigator, Hubspot and other sales / marketing tools to prepare pipeline activity and monthly forecast reports, aiming to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be personable yet persistent!
