Marketing Webinar Specialist

Position Overview :

Replicon is looking for a Webinar Marketing Specialist to take on the hosting responsibilities of our product webinars and support our lead generation efforts. The successful candidate will lead the initiative of increasing attendance and delivering product webinars to business prospects located in North America, Europe, and Australia. This position will work with Sales & Marketing to create compelling topics for webinars and convince potential customers to use our products. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to engage an audience in a virtual presentation environment and software savvy to both deliver strong software product demonstrations and field questions from the audience about our products.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and deliver product demonstrations engaging with your audience over Webex (the solution we use for online events)

- Demonstrate the value of Replicon's solutions using your influence as a Subject Matter Expert to create interest for your prospects to speak with a Sales Representative

- Coordinate with Product Management, Development, and Marketing teams to understand new features and build the new content into your existing webinar presentations

- Deliver customized product demonstrations for internal team members during product launches

- Create customized product demonstrations for events such as HRTech, TSW or APA (industry-related events)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, journalism or any other related field or experience

- Experience facilitating webinars, podcasts, or similar activities

- Content development experience either for events, webinars or written content is a nice to have

- Engaging personality for delivering daily virtual webinars to a live remote audience

- Software savvy; passionate about new technologies and new technological trends

- Strong and demonstrated verbal and written communications skills

- Must be comfortable using Webinar technologies such as Webex, PowerPoint and Conference phone systems

- Only Apply if you willing to work in Night Shift - 9:30 - 6:30
