Replicon - Product Corporate Trainer (2-9 yrs)
Replicon is currently looking for Corporate Trainers to support the learning needs of its global workforce. Based out of Bangalore and reporting to the Global Head, Learning & Development, this role will be responsible for the conducting products-focused on-boarding learning programs for all new employees and other related activities for existing employees across Replicon's multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop, coordinate and deliver world class Onboarding and Ongoing training to Replicon employees across its global locations
- Collaborate with the Training lead and other trainers in creating learning strategies for the organization
- Coordinate with the Instructional Designer and other team members to develop innovative learning programs to be delivered across different platforms - instructor-led, web-based, manuals, job aides, certification programs, and eLearning solutions
- Keep the learning modules current by updating/revising it on an ongoing basis based on the updates from internal stakeholders
- Support the Global Training Head in developing efficient strategies for onboarding and ongoing trainings around product and internal processes
- Update themselves on the latest developments of the products and the messaging around them
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a corporate environment, with some relevant experience focused on product and process training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of current technologies and systems
- A hands-on approach towards learning & development
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience in delivering training through webinars
- Experience in content development
