Replicon - Manager - Customer Success (4-9 yrs)
Position Overview:
Replicon is searching for self-motivated individuals to join our successful team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in our Bangalore office. This opportunity will use your skills as a product expert and a strategic relationship builder to grow and maintain current Replicon Customers. We want our CSMs to use their own exceptional strategic relationship building ability combined with our innovative product strategy to build on a long term career opportunity within our company. We are looking for driven individuals who exude confidence, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic accounts and relationships and have worked in a similar role previously.
The role requires the employee to work in the North-American shift timings.
Responsibilities:
Master Replicon's innovative system for managing customer growth and building strategic relationships
Effectively manage all of your customer relationships while building strategic growth plans and working with other supporting teams in Replicon
Stay current with your product knowledge of Replicon's software solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
7+ years of inside sales experience with demonstrated achievement of quota /revenue goals
Experience managing strategic customer relationships, preferably to the North American audience
Proven experience working with computers and/or software applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to work in North America shift timing
