Replicon - Campaign Manager (9-16 yrs)

- Work closely with Product Marketing team for regions specific in-depth market research and create demand generation action plans closely

- Detail and in-depth research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis on savings, ROI, price determination, understanding of the regional needs and persona's involved

- Developing strong relationships with existing customers

- Design, develop and execute strategies for new lead generation through campaign programs

- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to better leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database

- Accountable for setting targets for lead generation as per the region. Support the team for annual targets by providing marketing programs and sales tools

- Maintain excellent vendor relationship/management skills


 - Identify the appropriate vendor rep and maintain relationship

- Develop outbound campaign programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline

- Accountable to work closely with the content marketing to create campaign content to achieve lead generation results
