Repair-it - Executive - Field Sales (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Partner Onboarding : Identify and onboard potential partners (garages) to expand our service network.
- Campaign Management : Conduct and manage offline marketing campaigns, onboarding processes, and assist with pick-up and drop services.
- Customer Assistance : Assist garages, customers, and pick-up/drop representatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Payment Coordination : Ensure all payment activities are executed accurately and on time.
- Field Sales & Marketing : Support field sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to brand establishment and required operations.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 year in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the auto servicing and repairing industry.
Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in a sales role.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to learn.
- Passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn.
Additional Requirements :
- Vehicle & License : Must possess a vehicle and a valid driving license.
- Availability : Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales activities.
