Renu Electronics - Senior Sales Role (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to achieve the sales targets in assigned region stipulated by the management
- Responsible to execute & perform monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan as per business sales forecast.
- Creating Key Account and/or Must Win Customer List from different Sector in region and start planning to convert it
- Coordinate and build positive relationship within different department/s of the Organization to deliver Best Services as per commitment given to customer, in line with customer expectation.
- Develop and maintain good network, healthy business relationship with Customer and System Integrators
- Develop New System Integrators in your region
- Report & MIS Preparation
- Active participation in different activities of Sales in the organization
Job Requirements & Qualifications :
- BE or equivalent Diploma or MBA in Electronics/E & TC
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of Experience of Industrial Automation Sales in different Industry Sector mentioned above.
- Should have exposure of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Application specific knowledge in different Industry Sector mentioned above would be an added advantage.
- Experience to handle Key Accounts and /or Must Win Account, Big End User
- Competent to independently handle product demo, technical discussion for customers.
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Sense of urgency, target oriented and dedicate Extra Hours if needed on assignments .
