RentSetGo - Inbound Sales Specialist - Customer Care (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage Incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Convert leads into new customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors and customers through interactive communication
- Educate the customers to use RentSetGo's product and service
- Update customer information in the database
- Resolve customer query / Complaints / problems by clarifying issues
- Identify and assess customers- need to achieve satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved problem over the phone, chats & email conversations; Update the top management with the ground level problems/insights
- Act as a face of the company between RentSetGo and its vendors/customers
- Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Improve the company's bottom-line by problem solving and turning leads into repeat customers
Requirements:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
