1. Ensuring process efficiency by achieving set targets of call quality

3. Maintain average handling time (AHT) as per company standard
4. Achieving First call resolution (FCR) Target
5. Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information.
6. Displaying complete onus to the customer's query/problems
7. Ensure customer service excellence
