Responsibilities & Ownership: Things The Role Can't Miss
- Handling customer queries (Outbound calls).
- Handling customers queries (Chat support).
- Reminding / connecting with customers to collect invoice due amount.
- Coordinating with internal departments to priorities resolution of customer.
- Handling social media escalations.
- Reaching out detractor to understand their concerns.
- Support to enhance overall NPS/C-Sat.
- Responding customers reaching out at email.
Must Have Skills :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good typing speed (>40 WPM).
- Multi-tasking skills
- Team player.
- Basic call handling skill (Hold, Mute & Transfer).
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Patience, attentiveness and empathy.
Who Can Apply (Eligibility) :
- Proficient computer skills.
- Punctual, Motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- English & Hindi fluency required (at least Upper Intermediate level).
- Freshers and experience both can apply (Experience will be preferred over freshers).
