RentoMojo - Service Associate (1-4 yrs)
As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Customer Experience.
- This is an unique opportunity since Service Associate would be the face of Rentomojo and takes care of the customer experience during deliveries.
Job Role :
- Responsible for managing customer satisfaction through customer coordination, delivery supervision and installation.
- Handling all customer queries regarding delivery timing & location, product information, returns and exchanges.
- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for cross selling and up-selling
- Typically drive the whole experience piece by hand-holding the customers, help them by providing right info and deliver delight during the order deliveries
- Coordinate with Logistics and Customer support teams to provide timely feedback
Skills Required :
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Sales (online/Ground) and should have experience in customer interaction
- Excellent communication skills as well as salesmanship
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
