RentoMojo - Executive - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
Job Role:
- Generate Orders for different categories ( e.g. furniture, appliances, and bike etc) rental by meeting target groups such as Real Estate Brokers, Builders & Developers, House/PG owners, Two wheeler Dealers & Automobile Retailers.
- Responsible for market research to do the online activation.
- Extensive field coverage and occasional cold calling to improve sales.
- Initiate partnerships with dealers and brokers and actively managing existing relationships, being their P.O.C. for Rentomojo.
- Generate leads through internal & external references, cold calls, and meet customers to understand their two-wheeler requirements and push for our rental solutions.
- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the city.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with dealers and brokers and helping them to close the deals with Rentomojo.
- Responsible for having tie-ups with the various stores, brokers, dealers to offer the rental option to the potential clients.
- Follow up on the closure of order.
- Attend mass meetings of the target group and promote the company model.
Candidate must possess :
- 0-2 years of experience in Field Sales/B2B sales.
- Experience preferably from real estate/insurance/banking/ telecom / automobile/ car/bike rental company or any ecommerce or start up firms.
- Freshers are most welcome (Any graduate or MBA with excellent comm skills and who have strong sales acumen)
- Good communication skills (Fluent in English, Hindi + local language)
- Strong passion for hardcore sales and business development activities
- Should be open for field work, B2B Sales.
- Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success of campaigns.
