RentoMojo - Associate - Customer Insights (0-4 yrs)
- Profiling the customer based on his social media presence and documents available.
- Analyzing customer in order to understand his credibility or risk to the company.
- Provide a detailed and complete understanding of customer bases for Rentomojo, including product profiles from customer databases.
- Identify & resolve data quality issues and manage the relevant relationship with customers.
- Understand business unit requirements and advise the best way to fulfill these with the data and tools available.
- Investigate data necessary to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Establish a robust reporting methodology to support business initiatives such as customer contacts and customer holdings.
Skills Required :
- Graduate with 0-3 years of experience in Customer Insights or Client Relations.
- Skills Required in secondary research, data analysis, well acquainted with social media with an understanding of human behavior.
- Freshers can also apply, preferably a post graduate in psychology or an MBA with graduation in psychology.
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Good logic and thinking capabilities.
- An ability to understand, source and profile data.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Candidates with prior BGV / Sales / Hardcore collections experience are also preferred.
