Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels (online, calls, events, etc.).

- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Handle initial inquiries and provide product/service information to customers.

- Manage and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

- Participate in client meetings to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Assist in closing deals by coordinating with internal teams for seamless delivery and follow-up.

- Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and suggest improvements.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
