Job Overview -
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our offline activations in targeted societies across Mumbai. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with society management committees, driving penetration through a dedicated team of Feet of the Street executives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to penetrate target societies in the targeted area.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Feet on Street executives to execute offline activations.
- Establish strong relationships with society management committees and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
