RentenPe - Manager - Customer Service/Key Account Management (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Customer Success :
- Proactively reach out to assigned paid customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional ongoing support.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Rentenpe features or services suited to customer needs.
Relationship Building :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers through regular communication and personalized interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve the Rentenpe platform and overall customer experience.
- Be a trusted advisor, providing customers with valuable insights and best practices related to using Rentenpe effectively.
Account Management :
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to using the Rentenpe platform.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to drive platform improvement and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, customer success, or account management roles.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
