About the Role :
We are searching for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be playing an instrumental in expanding our reach by building and activating a strong network of brokers and other offline activations.
Responsibilities :
- Network Development : Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential and existing brokers.
- Onboarding and Training : Guide new brokers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Partnership Activation: Collaborate with brokers to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Offline Activations : Plan and execute impactful offline activations and sales initiatives to generate leads and brand awareness amongst the target audience.
- Presentations and Communication : Deliver compelling presentations to brokers, clearly communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brokers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on building partner networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly.
