Rent An Attire - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities & duties:
- Researching to identify new leads and potential new customers.
- Contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Pitching products and services.
- Strategic consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Academic & trades qualifications:
- Graduate/Masters
- Business, marketing and administration experience preferred
Work experience & skills:
- Monitoring of sales budget and its achievement.
- Preparation of yearly /quarterly/ monthly sales budgets.
- Sales meetings for weekly / monthly sales update status.
- Project planning and monitoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a marketing communication background
- Excellent Computer skills especially MS Excel MS word and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
