We are currently looking to fill the following roles:
- Business Development Executives ( TeleSales) - Full time role, home based
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound sales calls to Chairman/Chief Executives and Managing Directors of large multi-national companies and local companies with a turnover above 600 crore.
- Setting up appointments for Business Development Directors with CMD- s
- Diary Management
- Accurately updating and maintaining our CRM System (SAGE) and completing weekly sales stats
Qualifications Required:
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- 2 years- minimum experience in business to business (B2B) telephone based sales at CMD level
- Business development aptitude including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate past experience in achieving demanding sales targets
- Be able to demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English
- Be self-motivated, pro-active with a positive attitude
Remuneration Package:
- Comprehensive training and an excellent remuneration package with a base salary and generous uncapped commission will be provided for the right people who have the above qualifications and skill set.
