Job Title : Business Development Executive
Main Purpose And Scope Of The Job :
- To represent and connect our World Leading Management Consultancy to new and existing businesses across India, by arranging qualified meetings with company Chairman.
Position In Organization :
- Working remotely, you will be part of a busy and motivated sales team, booking meetings for your Director. You will work closely with your colleagues, a talented and experienced team, and alongside your Regional Director and Country CEO. You will be responsible for filling the diary of a Director with qualified meetings that are logistically viable and cost effective.
Duties And Key Responsibilities :
Booking Meetings :
- Calling from a list of companies with a revenue of over 600 Crores, to arrange qualified meetings with the Chairman
- Familiarising yourself with the companies within your list to obtain and confirm key information including; turnover, sector, employee numbers and ownership
Researching Clients :
- Review and research management structures to identify key Chairman, their areas of responsibilities and potential business opportunities
- Identify cell numbers, direct dials and email addresses
Relationship Building :
- Build sustainable, business relationships with the Chairman the telephone
- Identify the support staff for the Decision Maker and where necessary, build congoing relationships while gaining their support to help you to get the meeting booked
Lead Management :
- Daily use of CRM to manage your leads and to create a continuous pipeline of opportunities
- Add notes of all communications made with the client
- Diarising call backs and follow up communication
- Updating new contact and company information as you find it
- Add all meetings to the diary of the Business Development Director
Administration :
- Using MS Teams, you will ensure all calendar invitations will be sent out accurately and in a timely manner, to all parties
- Accurate completion and sharing of Sales to Analysis documentation for each meeting
- Completing daily and weekly statistics
- Update and share manual diary with the team on a daily basis
