Required Qualifications : Minimum Graduate

1. Over 5 years of core insurance sales experience.
2. Previous experience in people management/team handling
3. Passion for developing and training salespeople.
4. Strong understanding of people management and the ability to drive organizational goals.
5. Excellent relationship management skills.
