Renewal Sales Representative - IT (2-7 yrs)
looking for candidates with Minimum of 2+ years in Contract Renewal, Sales, Inside Sales and/or Customer facing role
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving renewal business and meet revenue targets within an assigned geography. This will require the ability to:
- Meet monthly/quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Quoting customers 90 days prior to contract expiration so that all customer accounts are resolved prior to the expiration date
- Manage all renewal opportunities and activity notes in CRM system - Manage the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to Management on progress and outlook
- Engaging in regular follow-up with Customers/Partners/Distributors for on-time execution of Purchase Orders for maintenance renewals.
- Explain to Customers and channel partners the product and support benefits of continuing their maintenance contract Qualify Customers for potential up-sell opportunities of support services
- Maintain a strong understanding of current and new products, as well as promotions
- Ensure proper customer data is collected and input into the database
