Brief of the company :

Renegade Insurance is a modern, tech-enabled Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance brokerage revolutionizing the insurance industry. Renegade Insurance is a plug-and-play agency platform that significantly lowers the financial, operational, and technical burden of building, managing, and retaining an insurance book of business.

We are backed by NFX, Tectonic Capital and Treasury, the fintech platform launched by Acorns and Betterment Co-Founders. Additional investors include Metaprop, Blue9, and the founders of Casper, Tinder, Pillpack, Flatiron Health, and Thumbtack.

Brief of this role :

- Renegade's vision is to simplify insurance distribution across industries, sectors, and personal/commercial lines of coverage. One of the methods to distribute insurance is through channel partnerships. In the next years the goal is achieved 200m$ insurance premium sales from Partnerships. Your ownership will be to achieve maximum partnership potential from the Channel Partners who get into a partnership with us.

- Derive insights from operational data and drive actionable changes.

- You take over the partner life cycle from the point when they sign an agreement with us. 


 - Build playbooks, processes and algorithms for partner success.

- Work with operations, growth and sales teams to achieve the desired goals.

- Run experiments to test various ideas to better processes.

- Act as primary point of contact for your partners to deliver performance insights, project related tasks, technical training, program enhancement opportunities, as well as operational oversight

- Leverage a matrix-based approach to strategic account management, acting as the portfolio leader and architecting roles for other key Plusgrade execs in driving account results

- Achieve account growth targets in pursuit of exceeding revenue goals

What you'll need to be successful :

- BA/BS degree or higher

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar product, account, client success management or revenue management role

- Be a good team player and contribute towards maintaining high levels of motivation across the team - with positivity in thoughts, words, and action

- Soliciting feedback from every angle. Example- partners, agents, customers.

- Create strategy for bettering the processes.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially around using data and insights to support your story

- Ability to push partners to achieve targets, but maintain positive relationships

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize efficiently

- Strong MS Office and Google Product Suite skills
