Role : Business Development Manager - Advisory Portfolio Sale
KRA : Business development for Advisory Portfolio Sales vertical by focusing on digital & physical Business Growth by acquiring, managing new/existing partners from finance industry.
Industry : Stock Advisory
Academic background : Graduate
Reporting to : VP - Advisory Sales
Team Management : No - This is an individual contributor role
Work experience : Minimum 2 Year of Experience in Business Development/Sales with broad understanding of Channel sales, Relationship management & Sales
Job description :
1) Scouting & on-boarding new partners (Stock brokers, Sub brokers, Individual Financial Advisors etc.) through offline/online platforms.
2) Managing the relationship with existing, new on- boarded partners for marketing, selling our Advisory product by training, engagement & joint sales calls with the partner's team.
3) Constantly work on sales funnel to achieve monthly partners' acquisition, activation & AUM targets.
4) Competitor analysis & providing the feedback to optimize the existing infrastructure.
5) New Strategy planning & implementation for business growth
6) Resolving parterns' client issues by understanding their key concerns and sharing appropriate solutions.

Salary Package : Up to 7lac per annum + Performance based incentive
