Responsibilities :
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirement and offer a suitable 'Real Estate' product
- Negotiate, close deals & enhance the company revenues
- Manage the sales process at site
- Build customer relationship and manage post sales service
- Generate lead by innovative methods apart from phone calls and direct meetings
- Maintain and update client database
- Maintain MIS and generate required reports
- Responsible for increasing and developing sales
- Provide post sales services to client(s) by regularly updates about the project completion stage, their payment schedule, timely billing and collection
Prerequisites :
- Graduate (any stream)
- Sales strategy and target inclined
- Good presentation skills
