Remidio - Manager - Inside Sales (2-5 yrs)
- Drive & coordinate for sales campaign/ promotion for the existing and new customers
- Customer hunting / new customer leads generation from the target customer database through cold calls/ email.
- Customer Farming / Retention of existing customers through cold calls/ emails
- Track & follow-up leads from conferences
- Online Sales: Online demo & sales of low margin products through eCommerce sites
- Assigning leads to the respective Sales Heads and TSE's and Scheduling Meetings/ Demos including getting Demo feedback
- Sharing quotation/ PI and getting customer confirmation
- Maintaining Customer Database/ CRM platform
- Sales process documentation in CRM tool in coordination with all the concerned departments
- Generate sales MIS and insights
- Demo/ Customer Feedback Reports
